Terms and Conditions:
1. Non-Refundable Services:
All packages and services are non refundable.
2. Payment
The client agrees to make payments upfront before starting their service unless agreed otherwise. The client also takes full responsibility to cover any fees charged by the online payment system associated with their payment transaction.
3. Fair Usage Policy:
Clients are permitted to book one coaching session per week. Any additional sessions booked within the same week will be canceled unless stated otherwise.
Packages cannot be split between multiple people or transferred. It is one package per person.
4. Package Completion:
Packages less than 12 sessions must be completed within three (3) months from the date of the client's first session. Packages that are longer than 12 sessions will have five (5) months from the date of the client's first sesion. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued.
If the client needs to pause their coaching for any reason they will be granted up to 30 days. They can only use this once. After the 30 days their package will resume and will follow the 3 month or 5 month expiration date from their first session.
5. Session Timings
We use the following structure for your sessions; they are calculated by the minutes used, each package has a certain amount of minutes allocated. We deduct the minutes used from the minutes allocated in your package. For example, in package one, there are 240 minutes in total (6 x 40). Each session you attend is a minimum of 40 minutes (if you go over then we add that additional time to the 40 minutes.) After you attend your session we deduct the 40 minutes from 240. (240 - 40) = 200 minutes remaining. If your session is 60 minutes then we deduct the 60 from 240, 240 - 60 = 180. Meaning you have 180 minutes or 4.5 sessions left.
6. Cancellation Policy:
Clients must provide a minimum of 12-hour notice for session cancellations. The Provider allows for two (2) passes to this rule. After this any last minute cancellations will result in the deduction of sessions from the Client’s package without reimbursement or credit.
7. No Shows:
In the event that the client fails to attend a scheduled session, they will be granted two passes for such occurrences. However, subsequent instances of non-attendance will lead to the deduction of sessions from the Client’s package without reimbursement or credit. The client bears the responsibility to attend their scheduled sessions and to provide advance notice if they are unable to attend.
8. Termination of Package:
The Provider reserves the right to terminate any services if the Client's behavior or conduct is deemed threatening or abusive. In such cases, as stated above, no refunds or credits will be issued.
9. Boundaries
The client hereby agrees to honor and adhere to the established boundaries set forth by Musa Bukhari and his team, and to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times. Any breach of these boundaries will result in the immediate termination of services without prior notice. No refunds will be issued.
10. Policy Amendment:
​The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients will be informed of any changes made.
